📁 Celebrating 5 Years of Filecoin — A Shared Journey with Swan Chain 🕊️ Five years ago, @Filecoin launched a mission to decentralize the world’s data — to make storage verifiable, permissionless, and owned by its users. At that same time, we began our journey as FilSwan — a small team with a shared vision to make decentralized storage accessible for real-world use. 🧵👇

From FilSwan → Swan Chain, our roots have always been intertwined with Filecoin. Our early focus was building bridges — helping developers and enterprises bring their data seamlessly on-chain.

We started with the FilSwan Platform, built around three pillars: • Auction System • Web3 Automated Market Match • Reputation Score Together, they automated how storage providers and users connect in the Filecoin ecosystem.

Then came MCS Multichain Storage, a cross-chain gateway enabling users to pay for Filecoin storage with stablecoins and mainnet tokens, bridging IPFS + Filecoin + EVM chains.

Next was FS3 the FIL Simple Storage Service, designed as a Filecoin-native alternative to S3. FS3 made it easy for developers to integrate decentralized storage into existing apps — from logs and backups to large-scale data archives.

And finally, the Swan Client & Swan Provider connecting directly to Filecoin’s service market, giving miners and developers a full workflow for deal management, reputation, and automation.

These tools made it simple to integrate @Filecoin storage with familiar cloud workflows, connecting traditional apps to decentralized storage at scale. Every milestone we’ve achieved has been powered by Filecoin’s strong foundation and community support.

Over time, Swan Chain’s role in the ecosystem grew: - May 2023 – Selected by @OVioHQ for the Filecoin Open Metaverse Base Camp - Jun 2023 – Hosted Swan Networking Night with @FilecoinFDN - Sep 2023 – Presented at FIL Seoul - Dec 2023 – Rolled out Multi-Chain Storage with IPFS & Filecoin

Then came a new phase, ZK innovation: - Feb 2024 – Introduced the zk-UBI initiative for open ZK workloads - Mar 2024 – Integrated Filecoin C2 ZK-SNARKs for proof verification - Jul 2024 – Showcased AI × ZK at FIL Dev Summit Brussels - Mar 2025 – Surpassed 1M ZK tasks processed

Through every chapter, Filecoin has been our anchor, a decentralized, verifiable data layer powering Swan Chain’s evolution into a compute & AI network for Web3. We build on top of Filecoin, transforming storage into intelligence.
